Registration and User Account

• Users must register for an account to book tests.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Service Description

The Website/App provides users with the facility to book diagnostic lab tests, track sample status, and view reports.

Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are subject to availability of slots.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• No cancellations shall be accepted after the sample has been drawn by our phlebotomist.
• In any case the phlebotomist is unable to draw the sample, Pro-Health Clinic & Diagnostic Center shall request the customer to reschedule the appointment

Data Protection and Privacy: 

Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Report Accuracy and Liability:-

• We ensure the highest standards in test accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to various factors beyond our control.
• The Website/App should not be used as the sole means of diagnosis or selecting treatment. Consult with healthcare professionals

Service Modifications and Interruptions: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the Website/App or any service therein, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
